Edmon, I pretty much always use Hellmans for flavor reasons alone. I personally don't like any other mayonnaise better for flavor. But if you have dietary needs that require some other kind, swap it out. I hadn't thought about potato salad with this recipe but I don't see why not. I have a great potato salad recipe that we'll do a video of soon. :)
