Cucumber is so underrated on sandwiches. I would also salt and pepper the cucumber (seasoning the sandwich lowkey adds a lot of flavor and makes all the other components taste better too. I would also add sliced Serrano peppers if you like heat.

For future production it would be nice to get some better / brighter lighting, and maybe to not show your feet, perhaps edit out the fly buzzing around your food, and definitely clean that toaster oven's exterior. Not trying to be rude, just think it would be cool to see more cooking videos for you, that pop a little more.

This is the most poorly executed sandwich I have seen since my 6 year old made her first PB and J. Your flavor profile isn't horrendous but your cucumber is way too thick and you should use real mayo not the abomination they call miracle whip. Also no oil, use butter or real mayo on the bread. You actually get another layer of flavor not oil. Try again please and post.
