Dough:
• 200g flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 150g cold butter
• 50g sugar
• 50ml sour cream
Filling:
• 400g cottage cheese
• 70g sugar
• 80ml sour cream
• Vanilla sugar
• 2 tbsp starch
• 250g blueberries, black currants, or blackberries.
• 2 tbsp sugar for sprinkling
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
Baking pan size: 25x30 cm (rectangle).
