Oh yea dude little known fact salt is the king of flavor, at least in America lmao in Asia it’s probably msg or soy sauce but yea salt brings out a lot of flavors in things when I was in culinary school if a dish was under salted the chef would be able to tell because all the flavors that were supposed to be there were there just not as big as they should be. Salt brings out all the flavor in everything in the best way possible that’s why salted caramel is so good

Nice. I do this but with some differences. For me after having the sugar and skin sit overnight, I heat up about 5 cups of water for every 6 lemons. When it’s boiling I cut off the heat and add the sugar skin mixture and stir till everything’s dissolved. I transfer everything to the bowl I used to hold the skins and the sugar using a strainer to get the skin off. Once down I let it sit until it gets to room temperature I add the lemon juice and taste to see if it needs more lemons or sugar and if not, put it in the fridge for an hour before serving

You need to keep the lemon peels and sugar in that bowl until that sugar dissolves almost completely. This only takes like 4 hours on the counter covered with some wrap to happen. The lemon flavor will be much more present

If you want my recipe, it’s easy all you need is honey and sugar and lemon and orange just juice the lemon, then add 3 cups of sugar, then juice, the orange and put it in your cup then add some honey and mix

He’s right the oils extracted over night or even while dissolving the sugar makes a huge difference. Also allowing the syrup to cool completely. The first time I was in a rush and ended up making another cup of syrup. The next time around, I forgot about it and the cooled version is so much stronger.

I grater the lemons or limes, then squeeze the juice from the lemons or limes.Added sugar and a little water, let it sit for a few hours, then pour lots of water over it to dilute to taste, added vanilla essence and enjoy.

Best lemonade is with a lemon crusher… smash lemons in pitcher and add about 1/4 gallon of hot water and let sit. Then add cold water and sugar to taste.

Search for something called Super Juice and make lemonade with that. It's kinda like this, but replacing the sugar (you can add that separately to the lemonade) with citric acid. It's cheaper and way more flavorful than regular lemon juice. It also lasts weeks. You can also use it for cocktails.
