I use this recipe for roti and it comes out good. 1 pound flour , 2 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp yeast, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp powder cummin or grinded shadow benni for my dhal puri dough. If its Paratha I just add the butter, cookeen and milk. 1 pound flour makes 6 roti. Just double recipe for 12 rotis.
