Quite delicious. In the Caribbean we do a similar dish. We cook dasheen bush which we call callaloo, with okra,, meats (usually crab or salted pigtail ) and lots of pepper seasonings. We eat callaloo alongside coocoo, which is a yellow cornmeal cooked with more okra . Or we eat our callaloo with rice.
