- 1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream + More as Needed
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Scallions (Optional)

Did you boil your potatoes first mines was still hard sis

Hey hunny, no I didn't boil them. Depending on their size and your oven, you may just have to bake them longer. If they were hard and still raw they need more time! I hope you get a chance to try it again and if you prefer to boil them you can boil them whole in place of the baking.
