Glad to hear it David! Sometimes you just need the right recipe!. I actually said I would NEVER eat oysters and I went to a Sea Fest in Washington where we enjoyed an education and cook out of oysters. Yes I ate some, 8 to be exact and really enjoyed them. I would never eat them raw but cooked on the BBQ with lemon, garlic and parmesan and I am hooked! Hard to believe but it's true!

Really nice Robin! My mom used to call this "tuna noodle" and hers was dry as heck and she only used a milk sauce, salt and black pepper! LOL! But this recipe is a winner! Looks so creamy and warming. I'm going to have to try this recipe very soon! Thanks! You're the best!
