This is the best ever KZbin video I have seen! I am the exact lazy, obese man who you talked about in this video. My mind is controlling me. My physical, mental, and sexual health aren't good. I consume Naswar, a tabbaco product which is taking a toll on my health. My mind can't focus... I face distractions whenever I try to do something. I know it's due to my unwillingness and laziness.
