In our latest episode of Cocktails For Grown Ups, Lorenzo Antinori, founder of Bar Leone, shakes up a mean signature cocktail that requires only six ingredients to put together, plus one more for garnish. His Olive Oil Sour combines extra virgin olive oil with lemon, honey, and two kinds of spirits for a lip-smacking treat that you’ll definitely want to recreate at home-there’s a reason why Bar Leone is one of the hottest new watering holes in town, after all. Olive Oil Sour
-Lemon juice
-Homemade honey syrup
-Extra virgin olive oil
-American bourbon
-Italian brandy
-Egg whites
-Nutmeg
Measure and add all ingredients into the shaker. Use a whisk to aerate the components. Fill the shaker with ice and give it a hard shake, then strain into a chilled glass. Grate nutmeg over the top of the cocktail before serving.
