good help and information......but personaly i think ....the meat is cooked with the acid of the lemon ... which I think is better to maintain its properties without cooking it ..... and that it is cooked with the acid of the lemon ...... like raw fish from the Pacific. .... WHERE ALL THE PROPERTIES ARE KEPT, AND ADVANTAGES OF THE RAW ........ is what I think ..... greetings ... and I deduce that since I am Frances ..... although I am half French half Tahitian .....
