Slicing breast like that, is it any different than chicken breast tenderloins? I had tried those once and the meat was awful tough. I've stuck with chicken thighs for everything else I've ever made that involves chicken.

Hi there, tenderloin is the loosely attached meat under the breast. Sometimes, if chicken breast comes from an older hen/rooster can cause them to be dry. Brines are magical and makes chicken breast tender.
