How to make the Perfect Jollof Rice Spice||Jollof Mix

In this video i will be showing how to make the PERFECT JOLLOF SPICE / JOLLOF SEASONING
this spice mix can be used to cook jollof rice, pasta, stew, marinate meat & fish , sauce and much more.
INGREDIENTS
3 Tablespoons of curry powder
2 Tablespoons of ginger & garlic powder
1 tablespoon of paprika
2 Tablespoons of onion flakes
1 Tablespoon of rosemary
1 Tablespoon of thyme
1 Tablespoon of cumin
1 Tablespoon of fennel
1 Tablespoon of coriander
1 Tablespoon of fenugreek
1/2 Tablespoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
4 bay leaves
