Hi, I'm Italian, bet you saw this coming hahaha Please let the water boil before you put the pasta in, that way it will be much better. Also, the oil in the pot is useless, you just have to mix it sometimes, it will stick to the bottom anyways if you don't (learned it the hard way hahaha). This said, tha vast majority of people cook pasta in a very worse way, great job Lilly, love you :)
