+I Watz omg. So good! You can also use two cast iron skillets and just sandwich the sandwich between them. Lol. But that's if you have two cast irons skillets. I love a good cast iron skillet.

When i was a kid, my mom would put the sandwich in a skillet and press it down with the bottom of a heavy plate.

Panini rule number one---cheese always goes on bread, not in the middle of the sandwich. This assures that cheese gets melted. For a nice browning on the outside, spread some Mayo instead of butter or olive oil. Mayo is just oil and egg.
