I just made one of these using a 550 line. Turns out 8' is enough for the primary color, and 4.5' for the secondary color in the middle.

you could make a fretwraps, check out what is a fretwraps , do you have any idea to adapt a sponge and make a nice fretwraps?

If you run out of length you can run the fid through then thread the fid on after. Pull through, remove fid,, and repeat. Kinda a pain but easier for me than needlenose pliers.

What is the length of the para-code to be used?
@JapanScott18 жыл бұрын
FireCord would be a good choice to use for the ridge color. The FireCord good be removed w/o affecting the bracelet itself.

At the end when the cord gets short put the unattached fid through the gap first then thread on the cord...and then pull through.

I really like your video"s. I've used many of them as well as those of others on youtube. The only thing you could do better is to list the length of cord used for what size. the size of the buckle, how much to add for thickness and how to work with and without a buckle when you are using an alternate closure like the mad max. Those details often make the difference in whether I use your video or another, and frankly, I prefer your teaching style to others. Please amend your video's with these details in the description where you advertise the products you use. Also, please mention when two colors can be used. Thanks. I'll be keeping a hopeful eye out.

Would you be able to do this as key fob?
@garrettgonzales76147 жыл бұрын
Kierra Wesley yes i believe anything you can design into a key fob since you always finish it by cutting and burning the ends.

dont have a fid how do I this
@garrettgonzales76147 жыл бұрын
Roddog_t 25 im guessing since you said your cord is puffy..your using 5050 cord. Also for a fid you can use chopsticks if you can find them. when i was in the Navy we would use fids or marlinspikes. If i didnt have one on hand I would use a needle nose or chopsticks lol.
