Always enjoy your video's. Just a word of caution to the viewer when using forceps to remove a hook, avoid crimping on the knotless knot on the shank of the hook as it will get damaged and could loose the hook and fish later in the session. My wife had this issue and blamed my knot tying ability. Its a great knot and presents the hook beautifully.

Can you make more of these educational videos? The more detailed the better. Could you also make a video showing us how to figure out the best spot to fish ( at the given venue) as well as the best distance to fish when you get to a completely new dam that you’ve never fished before.

Hi Loutjie, I see you are using yellow mono for the hook lines. As a noob, I was told not to use couloured line for those hook lines. What is your take. I watched your video on the leader line colour.
