I don't like Fondant and rather use marzipan if I had to (ie. Swedish princess cake,Swiss roll,etc.) But this is the one cake from Yo's channel I'd make with Fondant/marzipan (I make the other cakes but without the fondant/marzipan and just crumb/coat/chill/decorate). By far my favourite figure cake untill now from Yo! Love the other ones too of course. :)
