I rarely go out anymore, 1. Cooking has become therapeutic and really puts me in a better mood. (minus dishes at the end, but I'm getting better and better each time with cleaning as I cook) 2. Its DRASTICLY cheaper, I not only get better ingredients but I also save so much money. 3. Its a fun conversation piece and I think people naturally judge someone to have thier life more put together when they are doing great home made dinners most nights. 4. Its much rarer for me to be disappointed in a meal I make vs going out to eat. Especially when I have channels like this, and several others that guide me and now with years of experience I'm my favorite cook! No one knows what I like more than me!

I didn’t have the seasonings you used for the vinaigrette so I just added adobo and chicken bouillon and kept everything else the same. Its so good I could drink it 😂. Not a single one of your recipes has ever disappointed
