Love this exercise ! “Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have already received it, and it shall be yours”. I did this exercise two days ago before bed. The next morning I received a text from my SP who I haven’t heard from for a week. And just now I did the exercise again, and in the middle of us “talking”, he texts me again. Thanks for this video ! It has helped me stay positive throughout the day. Helped me grow mentally stronger too. Think positive to receive positive vibes ! Thank you so much ❤

This is a little bit funny story, so sit tight, I will share it with you. Once I got drunk, because I missed her and she wasn´t giving me enough attention. I wrote her, that I love her, while drunk, that I love her. And I wrote her actually very nice things. I can write poems and this stuff. After this incident I follow as much as I am able Matt´s advices and few days back, she gave heart reaction to my messages. And I wrote her: "Hey you are reading these messages often right?" And she replied: "A lot. I cannot stop reading them." OU lala I did a great job. But this wouldn´t happen without Matt. I actually planned our wedding on 29th June 2024 in Greece, Phalasarna beach. Thank you man.

I honestly think "feeling it real" is detachment. My biggest manifestations happened when I was chill about it all. Just think when we have our desires it feels totally normal and relaxed because that is who we are. That's the feeling at least what has worked for me.

​@gulletterhonda they say you have to detach yourself from the outcome and I think like stop thinking of them or the situation and obsessing if it will work or not or checking your phone. Just completely detaching yourself from them. Which is hard if your upset like me right now lol. I got blocked for days out of nowhere after things being good. Then unblocked me again then when I messeged was cold and asked what I wanted. I hope they regret in a few days and feel the pain I feel an by then I won't want to be with their horrible ways

I am thankful and grateful that i found this video. I was verge on giving up on my SP as he always wanted to be physical before marriage and even with recreation, he was not conforming. I said no for his demands and he abandoned me and we went into complete zero contact and even when I was strictly recreated his new version and on my new story. Right that time, i found this video and thought why not to try once. I did this meditation yesterday in evening and he texted me right after three hours just saying his life is waste with no romance and I am the only girl with whom he shared everything without shame. Though he did not say exactly that he missing me and wants me back. So I am going to do this meditation every single day morning and night as it’s working for me. Before this, no meditation worked nor I was able to do visualization. 😅

Let me add to this, DO NOT WATCH THE NEWS!!! OR ANYTHING NEGATIVE. Do not watch or involve yourself in anything that is negative. Good vibes only, take a walk, do some self care, clean the house. I delayed my results by indulging in these things, I would even gossip. Now I throughout the day I imagine us kissing while sitting at the dinner table eating a meal I prepared. When I work out, I put on some feel good music and imagine he's laying in the bed watching me workout and he's smiling at me. Neville said when you indulge in negative things, it has to come out somehow, so please learn from my mistakes. My SP is not perfect and neither am I, but with good intentions and sending good vibes his way we can make it work. We all have a past we all have issues in some way or another. Most of us don't know how to love, so it's not wrong to put your energy into someone that is special to you, even if they don't see it yet. Be still and imagine it, do whatever you love to do and while doing it send loving thoughts there way. I have to do it this way because it is very hard for me to pull up visions in my head.

THIS WORKSSSSSSSSS. the first time i tried this was when my sp had left me on seen and it had been like 5hrs and really there wasn't much u could respond with to what i said unless u did it right after u saw the message ao i really wasn't expecting him to text me after that, and then i tried this at night while i was laying in bed and when i finished i didn't really think abt this js like matt said and i continued watching yt videos like normal, and then i saw that i had a message but i didn't get a notification so i go to check who the message was from AND IT WAS FROM MY SP he literally said "oh good" js randomly after 5hrs and mind u what i said was definitely not good i was telling him how his bsf got in trouble at school😭 but it was obvious he js wanted to start a conversation and he did!!! we kept talking for an hour after that and then i went to sleep trust guys never give up🤞🏻
