next time, use cold water to blend. And sieve it in ice cubes to make it cold right away.. sieve in ice cubes until you have all chaff removed.

You just wasted the magnesium, potassium, fiber etc... that is in the banana 🍌 After extracting the milk from tiger nut mix the banana together and blend again to harness the nutrients
