Perfect recipe! I tried it today.. made one 9x13 pyrex dish, and one glass tumbler with the leftovers. I couldn’t wait the 8 hours and polished off the tumbler 4 hours later. Was absolutely delicious! Can’t wait to dig in to the pyrex dish! i used only around 250-270g of the savioardi biscuits( around 2.5 sleeves). Did you end up using the entire 400g of biscuits in your recipe? I might have been a little liberal with the custard layers...

Yes dear u can omit the egg part and do the rest as shown in the video ( add sugar and salt in the mascarpone cheese and mix , then fold with the whipped cream )
