Here's a simple and easy way to make your own tofu at home! All you'll need is a blender, tofu press, and a cloth!
Tofu can easily be substituted for paneer in any Indian dish. We especially love it in Kadhai Paneer. Plus-eating tofu as opposed to paneer is not only better for the environment, but it's also much healthier.

Left over soy pulp ko aap atte mey gundh kar roti bana saktey ho ya phir bread bhi bake kar saktey ho. Atte aur besan mey ghol kar pudey bhi bhut achey bantey hai.

Certainly NOT with Soya Bean cheese! It is plant-based and completely natural. It is usually *animal* milk based cheeses that are high in cholesterol.

If the prepared Tofu is tasting sour then you reduce the amount of lemon juice you are adding to soy milk to curdle it.

Soy is an acquired taste. When you start using tofu you can mask the flavour by adding roasted cumin, fresh coriander leaves, chopped green chillies before straining.

मैने दो बार बनाया लेकिन पनीर की तरह सख्त नही था , हाथ में उठाते ही टूट जाता था । जब सब्जी बनाई गई तो पूरा घुल चुका था । तो बताएं की गलती कहा हो रही है ।

Tofu mein pani zyada hone ke karan tofu tut raha hai. Aap usper weight rakhde taki sara pani nikal jaye aur fir fridge mein rakhne ke bad estemal kare. Jab subzi ban jaye tabhi tofu ko dale, aap tofu ko pan fry bhi kar sakte hai jisse wo tutega nahi.
