Great video, but that's one to many pots to wash for me, I dehydrate my tomatoes, vacuum seal and then powder up as I need it and then measure out what I need and reconstitute what I need.... more storage space in the freezer this way, and I don't have to worry about freezer break down or power going down.

The second method of putting in ice cubes then freezing, won't it introduce more water when the ice melts? Remember, the purpose of the first method is to remove as much water as possible. Or is there something I am missing?

Sounds right but that wasn’t the case o. This video was filmed in February, I used some of the cube paste recently and it was in tact. The trick is to use the cubes while frozen. Even when it thaws it wasn’t a mess.
