Instead of doing all that work you can turn on crop destruction and just drive the sprayer through the field

@@RoneryBob you're not saving seeds, you're cultivating after the seeder. There is really no benefit to doing this, it's just for fun or roleplay.

@@hallvarhustad thanks for your explanation. I often see these tracks in the fields when driving to work. I then asked myself how this is done, if the seeding mechanism is turned off or the seed catched from falling to ground. If understanding you right, the machine seeds in complete width and then 'destroys' it again?

@@RoneryBobIn real life, that part of the seeder is turned off. In game, there’s no way to do that without scripts, so this mod drags an invisible cultivator behind the seeder. So the seeds are planted and then destroyed to give the appearance of tram lines.

This mod also keeps me going straight. I just turn it on and turn cruise control on and it keeps me at my angle

I used to custom spray fields. At least where I’m from, things like corn & sunflower are planted far enough apart to get a tire in between rows. soybeans and wheat are planted fully, and though some crop destruction happens when spraying, a lot of times (if you get in early enough) the plant will spring back up. This mod seems like a waste of time. A lot of work and buttons when you could just plant the whole field, then drive through it, destroying the crop where you would have placed tram lines. But thank you for making a tutorial.
