Do you think it would be to unsanitary to use toilet paper rolls? Think I could lysol them?

I have seen people use toilet paper rolls and paper towel rolls on their diaper cakes. I don't think it's unsanitary. Cover it in tissue paper and no one will know what it is. Great idea!
