You're a creative genius. My goodness, the way you make the items look like they came out a fancy store. Just goes to show, you can make your home look classy without spending a lot of money. I find it sometimes ridiculous how expensive some things are in the world when you can DIY for less. Remember, expensive doesn't always mean better but it will empty your wallet. A great reminder! Those nonskid waffle like mats help animals who are a bit older who might skid on linoleum floors, or maybe a grandmother who can no longer navigate a stone or tile floor. They can also be tacked right onto the little pet stairs to help old dogs get up on beds. Got no wide yarn? A crochet chain stitch would do, or if you know how, Hand crochet without even needing crochet needle or anything! Those are great little stools for dolls and bears, gets them up off surfaces for a more interesting display and less dust! You can fashion coordinate! I have some of the funkiest yarn in my special pink stash, as always. Oh wow, the braided stools look like cable knit sweaters! Interesting thought to cover something. Does this lady ever turn old clothing into things?

I’ve been working on this rug for one week. Proud to say I did it!! But sad to say that mine doesn’t look nearly as good as yours. Also the materials were a bit costly for me.. WALMART. So if you know of some stores where I may can find the yarn for a bit cheaper please let me know 🙏🏾

Whoah..I genuinely really thought of making upcycle stool and ottoman made of recycled cardboard with these chuncky yarns as decorations few weeks ago,but I just couldn't find a time yet of making it having a lil baby to look after..as usual you made it and your idea of process is more clear ,neat,practical and sturdy .The result is so beautiful😘😘😘.

I forgot to ask is the rug washing machine safe ??? And what glue would be best other then hot glue since it may come apart down the line with the kiddies sitting playing and laying on it ... Oh my gosh!!!! I could make the rug for my mom and sister for MOTHERS DAY !!! 🤯🤣🤣🤣🤣 Yesssss Yesssss !!!!

I won’t advice it to be washed with a washing machine. The cleaning can be done with a damp cloth, baking soda and toothpaste (it takes off heavy stains) If kids play on it, the yarn won’t come off because the glue holds the felt and yarn together very tightly. I made something similar some time ago and a line on the pattern wasn’t straight so I tried so hard to remove it to adjust it but it wouldn’t come off so I ended up cutting the yarn with scissors to replace it 😅 lol! I use the large artsmind glue gun as you have seen in the video and that glue gun is so good and holds my fabrics together ☺️💕
