the issue with Russia is that it responds very slowly. Ukraine is constantly growing in power and will continue to grow in power for some time. Russia keeps trying to catch up, but they are moving too slowly. by the time they mobilize enough men to cover the power Ukraine used to have, Ukraine by that point has become A LOT more powerful.

I thought it was a necklace at first but it looks to be the neck seam. Even so, I'm convinced it is the same guy. Same ears, same mole on his left cheek. At the 3:35 mark you can see the same positioning of his head and eyes. On his right shoulder there is a matching small blue stripe where the shoulder seams meet.
