Ingredients and Substitutions:
Coconut milk (325cc):
100g Grated Coconut
500 cc Warm Water
Dulce de Leche (or Delicacy) Confectioner: (approx. 450 gr left)
450 gr of Batata (sweet potato, sweet potato) (weighed raw)
100 cc of Plant Milk (I used the coconut milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon Bitter Cocoa
Optional 1 sachet stevia
Classic Milk Fudge:
400 gr Carrots (weighed raw)
50cc Plant Milk (I used coconut milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 tablespoon of Bitter Cocoa
2 packets of Stevia
In terms of consistency and appearance, they are the same as traditional dulce de leche. The taste (as with most sugar free vegan sweets), is slightly different, but super yummy!!! And you forget what ingredients you made it with, it's worth trying!!!!
Keep in the fridge for 3 to 5 days!
