Vision Board / Dream Board बहुत ही कम लोगो लोगो ने इसके बारे में सुना होगा पर यकीन मानिये की जिसने भी इसके बारे में सुना होगा या जाना होगा और इसको अच्छे से फॉलो किया होगा तो वो अपनी ज़िंदगी में बहुत कुछ कर चुके होंगे। Visualization Board या फिर Dream Board कहिये और कुछ नहीं बस आपको आपके dreams और आपके goals को achieve करने में हेल्प करता है. ये एक तरह से आपके goals को एक clear visualization देता है या कहिये की आपके ड्रीम्स को एक रास्ता देता है जिस पर चल कर आप काफी हद तक अपने dreams को पूरा कर लेते है. @@FBO418 I m facing health issues like diabetes n knock bones prblm I have already done 2 operations of both knees bt now Dr is again saying we need to do 2operation bt this tym not to operate knees instead of knees operation they need to operate hip joints becoz they told actual prblm is in hip joints not in knees that's why I m suffering from knock bones prblm not only in knees bt also in arm elbows 🤔🤔 That's why I m not trying to change thoughts to manifest good health becoz of these two major issues Visualisation is not working for me becoz of negativity. I don't want any negativity spread in me n create other health issues bt tell hw to heal any of one prblm.
