Hi I have never tried to use them for skateboarding. Main purpose of those were to hold the weight of my kid riding a big bus truck with cars and they came out very durable for this task

Measuring the circumference is easier Like ex. Your making a wheel with a diameter of 1 metre Then just multiply it by pi (3.14) If it shows the radius of the circle or the half of the diameter Then multiply it by 2 then 3.14

apply hot glue stripes on top of finished tire it helps to endure grip upon flat hard surfaces a lot. Had no issues to ride on a smooth hard flooring
