In this video we’re going to learn how to make white chocolate Ganache, cover our cake layers in white chocolate Ganache and fondant.
~WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE RECIPE~
White Chocolate 900g
Whipping cream 300g
Vanilla extract 1/2tbsp
~Method~
Cut chocolate into smaller chunks into your mixing bowl.
Add cream to sauce pan and boil.
Pour boiled whipped cream into chocolate chunks and mix till all the chunks has been dissolved and cover the surface of your chocolate with cling film.
Refrigerate for 1hr and whisk the ganache with your electric hand mixer.
Refrigerate again and repeat the process twice.
Your ganache will be of a spreading consistency and pale in color.
You can now decorate your cake layers with it.
