Depends on what type of coating is used inside the nonstick pan. Always research the material used to coat them.

My dad made it work. He used a whole lot of flour with a little salt fish. But somehow it tasted so good. Now i understand how 😂 He was not generous with salt fish ever! When I looked to see how much you put in I know he would have gasped 😂 I miss his cooking. I miss him.

Love the idea of whole wheat saltfish fritters but I personally wouldn't add any salt because of my blood pressure. I definitely gonna make this whole wheat fritters. Much more healthier. Thanks for sharing
