I made a scrunchie that is 6” x 30” with a 9” elastic and tried to double it up in my hair and can’t get it to double. How can I get it to double up?

Hey! I would definitely recommend adding some length, maybe an inch to the elastic:) have very thick hair so I add some to elastic. 💖 Hope this helps!

It was probably the type of elastic you used. Braided elastic seems to be the stretchiest

Hey! I cut my strips 36 inches or 48 inches long and the width 6”. The long you make your strips the fuller the Scrunchie will be and the wider you make the strips the fatter the Scrunchie will be :) Hopefully that makes sense 😄❤️
