How to make a baby sleep at night is the most common question asked by new parents. Infants wake up often in the middle of the night to feed. If you’re a new mother, your baby’s erratic sleeping pattern might keep you from sleeping peacefully at night. Once your baby is a few months older, you will see a pattern in your baby’s sleep, and you may be able to help him sleep longer in the night and keep yourself from sleep deprivation. Watch this video for some effective tips if your baby is not sleeping at night.
A baby will sleep for around 16 hours each day, and most of this sleep is fragmented and disorganised. Since your baby will be getting a significant portion of his sleep during the day, his night time sleeping pattern may be erratic. If you find that you could use some extra sleep to beat sleep deprivation, you can try these methods on how to make a newborn sleep at night.

Love and support for all the parents who are struggling with disrupted sleep. I found that a consistent routine is helpful but all little ones are different. Thanks for sharing this info.

Tried most of it.. baby is 11 months however if we do not pick him when he cries it becomes a major inconsolable scene therefore it does not work well for us. I am still struggling to make his routine proper!

Thank you for being honest. We too are struggling with this with our now 11month old. Even daytime naps without me holding him become short 15mins naps. Lord help us.

I'm in the same situation, my baby is 10 months old and he keeps waking up every 1.5-2 hrs. Some nights he sleeps 3hrs at a strech but that's the max limit. I'm so tired of trying everything to make him sleep through the night😢

@@anamyaseen4189 I have tried everything but nothing works. I changed his sleeping space, changed the blanket, started giving him cows milk as the last feed (he’s 13 months now MA) but still he has to wake up every 1-2 hrs. I now have become used to it. But one thing has changed, i used to get frustrated and angry when i would pick him when he woke up and somehow babies can sense that and he would start crying and it took a lot more time to put him back to sleep. Now i calmly pick him up, give him a few kisses, breastfeed him and he goes back to sleep within 5-10 mins Allahumdulillah. Obviously this is tough too. Waking up from your deep sleep 6-7 times to feed your baby calmly is NOT EASY. But this is better than dealing with a crying baby. I hope this helps.

Thanks for all your posts as a guy who frequently gets offers to breed and parent offspring with the ladies I encounter irl these tips are sups useful for me a guy who's been a daddy a million times over but in the end thouse greedy bitches keep the offspring for there self to mooch off welfare and other government programs I very rarely get to see the offspring I frequently spawn when the opportunity comes that is in the process I even know how to properly help a woman safely deliver a baby and how to properly swaddle a newborn as well as there milestones one day I will be a daddy for good and it will not be a temp thing on a liter note I'm glad they didn't abort so at least I know if I am not able to be revived from my second death I at least have my DNA 🧬 twined with anothers DNA 🧬 100+ times over my only forseeable fear is that my offspring will meet and marry each other and have children of there own not knowing there half sibs
