HOW TO MAKE YOUR CAR AIRCON COLDER | How to install radiator fan

This episode we are going tok add another radiator fan for the produa viva.. the aircond on this car is very hot especially on hot weather and traffic jam..

1) you need to use Relay for these fans... because: if you don't ... you are adding more load on the existing wiring and existing relay! (That's very bad, it will even blow the fuse, and if you use higher number fuse.. you may melt the existing relay and wiring or cause fire!) 2) wiring a relay from the battery to the fans: 30 COM: fused from the battery. (you need a gauge of wire that's enough for the load) 87 Output: going to the (+) fan * 85: trigger coil ( - ) ground or chassis * 86: trigger coil ( + ) positive wire of the existing stock original fans. (it will only trigger / give a signal to make the NEW relay run and allow electricity to flow the fans) the negative (-) of your NEW fans is connected to chassis.

You should put bracket. Not screw on the fins. Fins will eventually break and leak. Also, no relay? It might cause wires to melt and cause fire.

Couple of things wrong. 1) additional fan is too small and would make zero difference. 2) Increasing load on a wiring made for only one would result in a overload and a potential fire hazard. Better alternative: Seal the gap of the radiator and condenser with foam. So the main radiator fan pulls in air directly to the condenser and concentrating the fresh air to it.

I think it would work to seal the gap of the radiator and condenser but i think foam will melt due to heat.

Comments: First. you should run a relay for your 2nd fan, the way you connect it may blow the fuse. also you make both fans only running about 65% efficency only. 2nd. the 2nd fan is a pusher fan, it should be atlease 1 inche away from the air cond condensor, not touching it.

Fused Power supply to the battery and Relay. Use the fan input as the trigger for that relay... The black thing is insulator.

One fan can takes almost 6 to 7Amps , 2 Fans motor will takes more current and will melt the insulation. Please use Relay bro.

Instead of adding another fan, why not replace your old aux fan. Ac not being cold enough means that your aux fan is either not working or its very week and not sucking air properly anymore
