Educational creators can succeed. Take sometime to sharpen your axe. Study the KZbin game. Myron invested money in a coaching program for KZbin and it accelerated his channel. He worked with Derral Eves who has the excellent book “The KZbin Formula”. Myron also attended the VidSummit conference. My advice, invest in your KZbin education. Film Booth and Creator Booth are good channels to watch for education-based creators. Read the KZbin formula book. Work on your packaging - that is your topics, titles, thumbnails, and first 30 seconds of your videos. Join a community of people who are KZbin practitioners. You can succeed!

@IAmKenyattaGadson6 ай бұрын
They like to be educated but you have to find a different system and approach. Find channels like yours and do research and test different things but continue to use the same message. You might have to change the delivery. But you will never know until you try and test these systems. You have to see what people like the most on your channel. What can you solve for them. It’s never too late to rebrand. Add your personality. Be authentic. Keep believing. And keep trying.

Hi! That is a great question to ask your audience! I just checked out your channel and think if you tweak these few things, it may help; 1: Audio - The background music is a bit too loud and is more prominent than your voice. 2: Lighting; Add some more light so your audience can see your beautiful face. 3: Outcome; I watch a few of your videos and I feel like the outcome at the start is not very clear, so be sure to tell your audience what the outcome is at the start. 4: Thumbnails: Use a tool like Canva to create a consistent branded thumbnail template which you can use for all of your videos. Hope that helps! ❤

So, i just started doing regular uploads a little over a month ago, 1 long form every monday and 3-4 shorts throughout the week, and have around 90 subscribers. My content is a mix between educational and entertainment, like history, sports, laws things like that. How do you present a payoff with something like that? I know its a popular niche because thats all i usually watch as well, such as list videos. I know im not good at it yet, but i will be eventually. Would i be better off focusing on just the articulation and commentary?
@1Andrea8 ай бұрын
Yes I believe in the current genre that is the most important part does the narration pull the people in
@KharismaM8 ай бұрын
You’ve mentioned a few different areas such as history, sports, law etc., but what would you say is the main theme, who are your ideal audience and what is the outcome from your content? In addition, how are you presenting the content, i.e, are you commenting on videos made by others, or are you doing a talking head style, meaning you are speaking on a specific topic or issue?
@Gary_Howard8 ай бұрын
@KharismaM it's a talking head style, me and my son. I tell him about different things he don't know about from history, or obscure things and we add some comedic commentary about the subjects, ex. The last video was Bizarre Jobs throughout history, before that, it was the worlds strangest sports. Before that the strangest Inventions etc. More like Good Mythical Mornings style of content. The main focus is to educate and entertain at the same time.

@@Gary_HowardAwesome! I just checked your channel out and it looks like you’ve just started posting about one month ago. It take time to grow and test what is reasonating with your audience.
