Another tip! If you want to get a close-up shot, you can place Buzz's RV home (or anyone's but his is one of the smallest) a few feet in front of your character and it will pull the camera forward more 😉

Positioning things like that next to a column is how I've gotten some of my best shots - the camera pops forward but not enough to kill the column, it just ends up super close and framing everything

My favourite effect are the Sparkles and the Rays are a close second but it's still depends on the Shot. But they definitely improve the shot a LOT

Also, Mulan gives you another set of fireworks, and mushu's lvl 10 Quest gives you candy that sparkles just like the flowers, and in a good amount (18 or something like that)

Thank you for going over multiple items in our inventory and how we can use them. Showing that really helped! I didn’t Know the firework trick of double tapping and moving during furniture mode while on. I also loved the orb sunset vibe that was cool. What I found genius was how you made the prison using the rocks to make an “ X marks the spot!” Placement so while in furniture mode you know where your character is standing. That was So smart! I always love your dreamsnaps and I found this to be exciting and helpful! I’m working on my submission today so I can’t wait to try these! Thank you so much!!! Ps I love the sparkles and special effect snaps. Simple is nice for some kinds of snaps, but wow factor will always win, that’s why you keep pulling in those 4K’s! 😉🥳🤩🎉

ty for pointing out when to use this. not every shot needs a sparkle overload. try to make it make sense. its like when we got the floating lanterns, everyone used them even if it didnt make sense because they want an eye catching item

In your inventory it just looks like a pedestal without an orb. Once you place the pedestal the orb will appear. If you log out and then back into your game the pedestal part will have disappeared and only the orb will remain.

Thank you for all the tips!! I knew of quite a few but the Eternity Isle stuf was new to me. It’s a shame the event cupcakes don’t sparkle anymore, I used those a few times for the sparkle effect. And how about the projector from the belle bundle, that can give a nice glow.

As a photographer/videographer, I’m all for special effects to a point. But it gets excessive. There is a point where you are over editing and the photo/shot just looks fake. And we’re getting to a point where we almost have to do use some if not all types of special effects to rank well. I personally am tired of seeing sparkle & firework vomit. I prefer to see simple, clean, nicely framed photos with a villager or two.
