Yes 100%. Thank you for this video. Four months of no contact, I bowed out gracefully. Saw each other recently at an event. I was different and it was very clear to him. I pulled my energy back, I'm healing, I'm feeling much more grounded, much more secure. If I had kept contacting him, trying to convince him to be with me, I would not have gotten to this point in my life. I know in hindsight, we had to part ways, and we both had to grow. I'm not the same person I was 6 months ago. And this had to happen for me to grow this way.

I needed to stop with him to grow into my new life, and he needed to explore a career path and grow into his path. We'll be back together one day. Him, or someone better.

Since what we believe is true, I adopted the belief that fighting for him, texting him pouring my heart out etc. And then stopping has worked. It was my final fight, no regrets. Plus its too late, i did embarass myself but MAYBE he will think about it and no ones ever done that for him before and its what gets him. Rarely does anyone just say ok when being broken up with. I agree dont if you can help it but its a natual response when youre blind sided.

My worst problem is thinking I messed everything up. Nonstop psychoanalyzing every thing I said or did. I was too available and too easy. I wasn’t physically needy, as in over texting or opening my heart, but I know I gave off that needy energy because I was so nervous. No girl in my entire life ever made me feel that way. I was in that situation after the break up, however, I pushed my ex away that very last night we talked. I told her that she deserves love and respect that she truly deserves. It's been 9 months with NO CONTACT, I know that I want her back however, I'm better off without her. I'm been making great strides in my personal life and work with my job and I feel great. My SP broke up with me exactly a year ago. I didn't contact him for the exception in February to ask him if he wanted back his clothes. However energetically i was doing numerous things to try to manifest us back and it's been an interesting path. Now that we reached a year from the breakup, i finally stated to the universe that i am done waiting. I stated through visualization what i want with my SP so it's out there. But I'm done. The last few days i have had intrusive thoughts of fears I've always had with exes in the past and i simply say "good for him, hope he's happy. Good riddance" and keep going. I don't want to be bitter but i certainly didn't deserve making myself wait or the pain the breakup brought. So at this point I'm not even sure i even want him back. Not sure if these would be new statements that will manifest later on, new seeds, but i do deserve understanding, good communication, true genuine mature love, support and appreciation.

My situation ended a year after my dad past away , i was really down and wasn’t my self after he past, before it ended she woke me up really good, started beeing with her and doing things planning thing between us , but she still left, blamed it all on me, there are parts of how i acted that i only remembered after she was gone allot of thing came back, to me , my lacks of understanding of her needs, that we spoke 2 -3 times in those two years, and its been really hard since she left and seeing other people, i just really hope your method works , as its hard to really disconnect when you have a child with. This may resonate for someone: we need to learn how to live with a feeling, or let the emotions pass through us. Love is about know yourself better, and know that person better. But, unfortunately we spend our energy on that person, not THAT person. Most of us really need to go through the journey alone for a time. I've watched a video some days from here like 3f times in a row. And my self love and healing practice(specially self compassion) has just started. And since they say no or just ghosted me, I've feel destroyed, but moved on. we really need to quit parts and versions of us. That is so much MAYBE in love for us to feel uncertain about ourselves, and our body and mind and heart is always trying to tell us something, in every aspect of our life. Love is something that we build and allow, not something to crave, so don't just take your hear with your bare hands and be on your knees to give for anybody. I had really triggered situations TWICE these week...and I allow myself to put ME first, and it was beautiful. The person that I saw would see anything I post in social media, but I left social media for a while. My point is: claim the warrior you are to break cycles in your life, even emotional cycles. Say out loud what YOU DID, and what THEY DID, FACTS. And how'd you feel about it. Then ask for whatever you believe for more of what you're lacking "what can I do to love/like myself better, to feel joy for me, gratitude, compassion", and trust and allow yourself to be cure. To manifest something that is lacking in us is exhaustive. That's so much beauty out there, but what about the inner beauty, our beauty? Anyway, your content is really assisting me in my healing process. And I congratulate myself and you!! Much love from Brazil ❤

I am not exactly manifesting an SP but there's this guy whom I have recently started liking and my male best friend and this guy share the same name. So last week 5-6 times, I just affirmed out loud that this guy is gonna ask me out for dating by the end of the week. Cut to the middle of the week, it was my best friend who called me and wanted a relationship. That's not what I had in mind. Before this, I was manifesting my old SP for like 2 months but then stopped doing everything since May end. However, right after I stopped manifesting I saw so many BBL all throughout June yet there are no signs of him. Even today when I visualize or try affirming.... it's his name/face that pops up more. Any ideas/suggestions?

When you fall in love with you loving your best life….you will then only think about them lovingly or not at all and it will be about you! It really is a process of falling in love with you! Why are you letting this man use you for sex ? Why are you having sex with him in the first place ? Is he paying ALL of your bills ? If so get someone else to do it. We really need to love ourselves. Block delete and go heal babe. You are hurting your own feeling sitting around waiting for someone who has clearly time and time again told you and show you he doesn’t want you. It feels amazing to be wanted and cherished but it will not happen until you cherish yourself. A doormat is something ppl walk all over. Pick yourself up, spend time doing things you love. Let that man go, practice self love so that the man who loves you and care about can find you. That will not happen until you make room for it. The only way to make room for something is by removing and trashing what is no longer working. In how many languages should he tell you that he doesn’t need nor want you. Of course he’s going to call you for sex. He knows you’re weak and have no boundaries. He is horny, let him waste somebody else time.
