I found out last night that my ex is onto a new relationship and has been dating this guy for a month or more. They seem to be about to be official. She broke up with me on September 6th. I went NC on October 8th. She reached out to me about her bill that she was freaking out about on December 15th. At first, I thought she was reaching out because she was thinking about me. I was nothing but polite and kept it strictly on business. Now I feel like an idiot knowing that she's been dating some other dude while I've been entertaining thoughts of us back together. When I found that out, it almost sent me back to the despair I felt right after the breakup. Barely ate today and only slept an hour and a half last night. Maybe these are the last gasps of life for the hope I had for reconciliation.

Hey man! Similar experience to you. Three years ago. I really dislike videos of coaches saying how to make your ex obsessive over you. The only thing anyone should be doing is focusing on themselves. Getting to know themselves again. You've got this dude. Do a little bit every day. Be kind to yourself.

@Nick Henderson for sure, man. Just focused on developing myself into who I want to be. The initial blow from that realization caused me to lose 10 lbs in a week as I processed the information. I just let go. Had to. Tried to post some positive messages on Social Media about the new year and posted a progress pic from my fitness progress. Apparently, her new bf was enraged by this and she adamantly declared that she had moved on (heard from a mutual friend). My only response was "good". I also clarified that my progress was for me, not for her or anyone else. Now, the new bf keeps popping up on the top of my suggested friends because he is likely stalking me. I'm just chilling, living my best life, and chasing those gains.

@Tiphany Devilliers already finding that to be true. I feel like I have finally let go. 5 months after the breakup and I hardly really think about my ex anymore or the loss that occurred. In fact, I have a date set with a new girl this Sunday. I'm pretty excited to connect with someone new to see if they are a better fit.

Thank you so much, told my ex to leave my sisters Key at the door when she went out to meet her friends. She got FURIOUS!! And asked; "Why Chris, why can't we Just be friend's and share all the good things?" Made me feel like at fool for a moment, but it is so true, dont give them all the comfort they had around the realationship when they leave. Planning on going quiet from sunday and turn of my phone. I have broken no contact about 4 times with my ex. I dont call him but he calls me. He cheated on me and is still with the chic BUT he keeps telling me he loves me and wants to marry me. I wanted the reassurance so its why I kept answering. I spoke to him last Friday and told him to just be with the chic and be happy with her and that Im removing myself from the equation because as long as he can keep me as an option, keep bread crumbing me and having his cake then theres NO reason to do anything different on his end. I broke up with her, she doesn't seem to value/respect my time and all I do for her and her daughter. So when you break up with them and do no contact apparently it goes both ways she doesn't contact me either. We made another slow attempt at hanging out I gave her 2 days notice told her do not be late, put your clothes out figure out what your wearing no excuses ,but she still has no respect for time hers or anybody else be it work, leisure ect. she claims it's not that serious and she told me she was going to be late.. I just stopped everything back into no contact...period! I have yet to see topics/tools on from relationship/dating coaches on when you break up with the woman and do no contact (it's not always the woman leaving a man).

How about if he blocked me WhatsApp, message and phone calls, this is only where we both used to communicate with each other and he blocked me 3 weeks ago. OMG. I do know how you feel. I am going through the same situation. He disreaspted me and we stoppet talking for a week. He contacted me by text then he called. He said that he was sorry for what he said. He called me six times the next day and i never answered. He texted me again n i texted back. I asked him wat he wanted. the breakup hasnt been officially established but she moved back to her hometown after living together for 4 months. shes very push and pull. the last thing i said was i asked point blank, are you done with this relationship, is it over? i just...i need to know. so when should i go into no contact? before i get her resonse? its been 24 hrs since ive asked and no response. so do i need to just let her walk? and then let her come to me?

That's what I would do is go no contact. If she can't even give u an answer about if y'all are over or not, then I think it's pretty safe to assume, it's over and she just didn't want to tell you that. I'd say if u want any chance of having her back, you should go no contact. You were part of that relationship too!! Make her wonder whether or not you still want the relationship!! Worry about YOU for a change!! She will see how bad she messed up!!
