@@ashishpandey1288 Hi brother Ashish. Personally I tried and followed these rituals I would say- 1. I stopped feeling sorry for myself, that's the first thing to do. If no one feels sorry for us, we shouldn't do it ourselves 2. Discipline over motivation. Not all the days you will feel motivated, some days you will definitely feel shitty. The hack is to show up on these shitty days as well, and consequently you will feel better. Discipline will work where motivation and talent don't. If you miss your workout, your studies etc on a day, just don't give up on the next day, don't let it become a habit. Habits decide what holds for us later. 3. Set realistic expectations - If you decide you want to start running regime and the first day itself you set 5km as target, you will give up on the second day itself. Try 1-1.5 km in the beginning. If you regularly wake by 8 am and you plan to wake up early, don't aim straightway to 5am. Target getting up at 7 am first for 2-3 days then gradually 6am then 5 am. I hope you understand what I am trying to convey here by telling you to set realistic expectations. As Shwetabh told, not 3 months Target, just next week or 15 days target you should set. Just show up everyday, even if there is no audience to cheer for you, to motivate you.

Notes: 1) It's about the enrichment of the being. Which can be divided into four parts: discipline, purpose, body over mind, mind over body. 2) Ask: What will I achieve in 15 days? 3) Ask: What can I make/learn/study? 4) Purpose: Looking beyond present-based pleasures. It's about stability in the long run. Foresight and intrinsic motivation. 5) Body over mind: Establish a baseline fitness level. e.g. 50 push-ups a day. Progressively increase this baseline level. The body and mind complement each other. 6) Mind over body: Start with establishing self-control in diet e.g. no more processed food. 7) Be consistent for 15 days, look at this as a story ark where you are the protagonist. 8) Start a new story ark after you finish this one :)

I can relate so much to whats being said, I feel like I keep making the same mistakes, and getting worse but convince myself its fine to live like that, now I’ll take myself seriously and take action right now and come back here everyday for 15 days to get back to my senses Day 1: Study 5/10 Hrs; Pushups & Philosophy Done; wasted time in the afternoon so make sure not to repeat same tomorrow by aiming for intense focus on task Day 15: Definitely saw some improvement, but this was mostly just a wake up call and motivation rather than being practical, currently I feel better than before atleast went from like wasting lot of time just escaping now I am atleast working 5 hrs a day consistently but still falling back into old patterns every 2-3 days, ill try to stick to my routine more and make myself someone who wants to work for my betterment everyday

No masturbation, no scrolling, no attratction or addiction. But its still the same, there are people who do nothing and are settled. I lack confidence but everytime I work towards it decreases again. I am moving backward. From past 6 months I tripped 3 times being unable to workout resulting in reduced stamina and losening strength. Parents don't care, friends don't care, basically I am just alone and things are just not happening by my hands.
