Normally not one to comment but saw your Vid on the Subreddit. Been thinking about doing my own DONs but the ones with transparent Paper etc was too costly or not available for me And buying Custom ones online was like 10€ per Card whereas 8 Paper Sheets to get are like 8€ Thanks for showing that trick will gladly try it out over the werkend and get my Binder full of Custom Cards :D Can you recommend anywhere to get good Art for the Leader/Character Cards?

I’m glad you found this video helpful! In terms of the art, there’s the option of drawing your own but the ones I used were other manga artists’ take on the one piece characters. The whitebeard is the art from the artist for dr.stone and the sanji is the artist for hit man reborn. I googled them and once you find an image you like, I would open the image in a new tab and if it’s a large photo use that one to save and put in your card. If you open the image in another tab and it’s a small pic when you stretch it out it might pixelate. But Google images is where I got all my images. The whitebeard I put together using procreate though. Good luck!

Im a pirate and use an older version of photoshop. I measured the exact size of the card ( i dont remember exact size off the top of my head) but i made my file in millimeters instead of inches. I set my DPI to 300 so i could get the absolute best resolution for the file. Save file as PNG and when you open the image file and click print, change your printer settings to original size. Your printer settings will defult want to print to fit page which is not ehat we want. I only msde a few proxys on paper since i had a couple cards that seemi gly were taking for ever to show up but i thought id drop aome info here since i came across your video. Eventually i would like to make aome custom leader cards but im not entirelly sold on using holographic paper since i dont get to really pick and choose what comes out on the print as solid color.

The white parts don't print, so they'll be whatever color the paper is or you can make them grey in the image

I did think of this when I was making them but even if you print real cards they should be pretty obvious from authentic ones with this method. This method can't replicate the texture of some of the real cards and real cards have both matte and holo parts of the card while this one can only make one or the other.
