Can you make a video explaining how you set up trade routes? I tried setting it up, but once I'm in actual gameplay, I can open trade routes, but none of the city's import or export any goods.

I had the same problem. It must be a glitch. They are currently making a remake of Pharaoh, hopefully it will work on there.

You have to Add Objects, then add some cities at the desire location, notice each one must have a different Route 'number'. Next, choose Edit Objects, right click on those cities, set one as Our city, others as Egyptian Trade City. In the same UI you will see 2 lines of blank space, click and choose what to sell and buy, also set the demand to determine how much will they want to trade. Then you Add Route, start with Route 1, link the city with Route 1 to Our City, right click to finish selection. With Sea Trade Route, you will have to set the In/Out for the river on your map, otherwise it will says "This inlake has no access to open water" I am making a map based on real landscape of my city, Da Nang. There's more to learn but so much fun. Hope this will help.

Question. Can you show if its possible how to add or remove farms? I mean what kind of farm we can have for example grain flax lettuce only. And how to add animals to hunt. General how to add all raw materials

This confused me also. It seems random as to what it will let you put.

It confused me too. I learnt it the hard way. This video completely missed the most important part of the mission editor. The online forums all suggested the Mission Editor Guide which is too high level. To answer your question about farms (or hunting or Fishing), 1. In the mission editor, go to Kingdom, then click EDIT OBJECTS, 2. Then right click on "our city" (left click will move the selected city all around) 3. Below the "Our City" and "Route", you would see 14 (7 boxes each in 2 rows). 4. Now LEFT CLICK on the first box. A list of all available raw materials are listed. Select any one. (In your case, Grain) 5. Now repeat for rest of the 13 boxes (second box, select Flax; third box, select lettuce; etc.). Note that the game re-arranges/ sorts the materials as we choose. 6. Click OK to come back to the terrain. CAUTION: Clicking Reset will clear the entire map :( 7.Now save this city, exit builder. 8. Go to Play Pharaoh, then custom missions, select your saved maps and click go to city. Hope this helps....

@@thelstan4833 I tried my best in response to Jakub. Hope you like it.

Adding to my earlier reply, to add animals to hunt, in addition to choosing Game Meat and Fish in "Our City" in Kingdom, you also need to add the "Animal Points" (deer icon on the terrain map). If you LEFT click on it, you will find Prey Spawn 1,2,3,4. Place these at appropriate places. Similarly the Fishing Points as well. (Note: Depending on the terrain type you choose in Options, some prey points will only work near marshes and while other can put anywhere. Fishing points are to be put only in water... {wink, wink}

How many units/soldiers can you have in one map?
@WolfStrife Жыл бұрын
I believe each fort has 16 men, and you can build 6 forts for a total of 96 men, not counting enemy forces.

@@WolfStrife Allright thanks! I thought it was going to be a few hundreds tbh...

Anyone else have trouble seeing the edges of the map? like the left and bottom sides. Also, how do you get grassland to show up?

Old school resolution. And grass needs water or wetlands.
