Also check out my other video on grounding on concrete floor and how highly charged up you are when you are next to an electrical switch or any wall with live wires behind it.
👇👇👇
• Does polished concrete...
🎈Items you need to make your own grounding sheets🎈
1. Earthing Adapter: betterearthing.com.au/product... - you will need to buy this from a earthing business from your own country to ensure its compatible with your electricity socket
2. Earthing lead betterearthing.com.au/product... - you will need to buy this from the same earthing business (as the earthing adapter) to ensure its compatible with with earthing adapter.
3. Metal mesh
I bought mine from Alibaba but I have to buy a full roll. It's quite dear. Try stainless steel mesh instead of copper for longevity. I used 250 microns but find that it can tear easily. Maybe try 150 microns or 200 microns.
4. Masking tape
Buy this from your local hardware store.

@@zacoliorganic what about just using an anti-static wristband connected to a metal bedframe?
@zacoliorganic
@zacoliorganic 2 жыл бұрын
@@utubestalker.dotcom I'm not sure what an anti static wristband is. If it is conductive, I will highly advise against it. Metal bed placed near an electric socket is like an antenna emitting dirty electricity. Having anything conductive attached to your wrist and then to your metal bedframe will make it worse.

@Elliott I haven't heard this either, however, it does make sense tho if where there are any ports, they will give off certain radius of conductivity from the main electric sources.... but... if one can't move away from the wall too far, one can always put up rubber mats etc on those areas so there is no conductivity flowing out from specific areas!? I am no tech, but basic science knowledge can be used here. Sometimes we got to use what we got or what is the most cost effective ways, and if that means we have to get creative and use rubber to try and eliminate the over excessive amounts of electric currents or EMFs, then it's better then nothing or not doing it at all! The mats are ridiculously over priced! Rip off's All the best 🙏

Stainless might not connect to ground as quickly , but it brings me to zero in short order. I use an old radiator screen and plug into grounded outlet with only the ground prong on a three prong plug wired, of course. There are lots of ways to do this, I guess. I saw a video when I made mine and the presenter used screws to connect to his screen. I used small zip ties. 12 Gauged stranded wire. I feel like the zero state of charge I spend a lot of time in every day has reduced stress and inflammation a bit, so the time spent making my mat was definitely worth it.

what about taking out the house fuse that leads to your bedroom and removing all the electronics from that room (anything with a power cord) and just use battery power or solar power in there. so that you are not near any electro magnetic fields. you can add ESD grounded flooring so that when you step into that room you are automatically grounded, and then when you have down time just go barefoot in the backyard, park, or beach leaving all your electronics at home while you get rebalanced

@zacoliorganic
@zacoliorganic 3 жыл бұрын
Hi, The four materials are 1. Wire mesh (we use 99.99% copper mesh 250 micron but find it tears to easily. Try a lower micron). You can buy this from eBay or Alibaba 2. Masking tape or duct tape 3. Grounding rod if put in earth or grounding wire if connected to socket (if grounding wire you will also need to buy the plug) 4. Voltmeter or multimeter

Maybe I've left below a too long comment so long story short is: Why does not in apartment grounding for a week now, night and day have the slightest sign in reducing leg, arms, throat inflammation or improve sleep neither to me or my family? It was made through a wire soldered to the copper pipe in the heating system and metal plates applied on the skin. Multimeter shows voltage drop to 0 when touching the plates so it's grounded. And I was so optimistic about this... Thank you!

Hi Jackal inflammation can be caused by many different things. Exposure to EMF is just one is them. To fix inflammation, the first thing i will look at is diet, and things to avoid at all cost are gluten, unfermented diary, grains, GMO food, processed food and soy. Grounding will simply reduce your body's burden from EMF exposure in the form of electromagnetic fields. It may not help with exposure to RF radiation from wifi, mobile phones, smart meter, 5G etc. If i have chronic illnesses, I'll first deal with it using food (check out the GAPS diet), then remove as much EMF exposure as possible, stay grounded and support your body in detoxification (detox bath, infrared sauna, etc).
@zacoliorganic
@zacoliorganic 3 жыл бұрын
Doing just one thing will not make the problems go away. You will need to look at the big picture and deal with the issue holistically ie diet, low tox lifestyle, grounding, detoxify, emotional health, etc

I realize you comment is 2 years old, but..... Maybe your grounding items will make you feel better if all of one type of metal is used. Since the pipe you attached it to is copper, I would try all copper. Dissimilar metals touching each other can also lead to galvanic corrosion. Also, one metal might have a clear coating on it, so no real contact is made.

I also checked whether it is really earthed using earthing checker and it shows earthed. When i touch the mat and try to sleep, the heart beat is little faster but constant why like that? I can't sleep when grounded. What to do? Anything with length of the wire? I have 15 meter wire connected to ground or wire thickness? Or any othet way to do properly?

yes, a 1 megOhm resistor should be fitted between the plug and mat to protect against electric shock - if you touched a live circuit (120/230V) while standing on the mat current would try to get through your body to the earthed mat, the resistor protects against too much current. If the mat's purpose is ESD protection, the resistor won't cause a problem.

Sorry i just reread your comment. Whether you get grounded or not inside the house will depend on your flooring. You get grounded with concrete floor but not with carpet or timber floor. Unsure of tiles, havent tested it.

I’d advise people not to plug into your wall socket ground. Go bury it directly into the earth. I’ve seen videos of the electrical smog or radiation rather coming Off mats that plug into the ground of your wall outlet. She has no device to check and measure for this FYI. Just bury it out your window and you can still close and lock your window. Best sleep of my life doing it this way
