That time and dot theory which you presented..that makes so much sense, like that's the most eye opening thing I have heard today. Thank you for talking about this.

Such a valuable and awesome video! I’ve been using self improvement as an excuse to not socialize and pursue goals so I always waste my time and summers. Now, I’ve been working on goals and socializing this summer since I graduated this year. Keep up the good work, Riku!

Yes! Great video that dives into a thing not so talked about opposing something that usually seems great. Working out and mental growth is great but don't get lost in it that your 'real world' life suffers. Thanks for the vid 🫡🫡

the dot theory is so true. One year ago i will say i'm the most awkward social person you will ever met. And thn i see a volunteer to an event on my campus. I felt like i was lucky enough because all of the people in that volunteer is caring, loving, and curious about me. Since then, i'm not as awkward as i have before. Even better i can talk to girls and flirting with them wothout getting nervous as i had before

As a 16 yr old girl it’s humbling knowing that you’re 2 yrs younger than I am 😅 istg not only are American kids just so immature rn but you’re also just especially amazing, so the gap is *rlly* big lol. You’re very inspiring, keep up the good work!

Don’t let that discourage you bro. Self improvement as the name suggests is about improving yourself. There’s many things that can be done in order to improve your life that doesn’t require you to rely on your surroundings.

@@mariobois8114 I understand what you're trying to say. I think when James Clear says 'environment' he means it in a more specific way, not country. Like your room, habits, etc. Either way, you shouldn't feel discouraged as it wouldn't benefit you either way.
