Thanks so much! Living as an expat in Panama, I have used Google Translate for years. Translations can come out very, very odd if you aren't very clear in your writing. Pro tip: If you are writing a blog post that will be translated, write simple, straightforward sentences. Don't use jargon if you can avoid it. Don't use slang. Use good grammar. Don't combine two or more concepts or thoughts in one sentence. Keep it simple and your chances of success with GT will be much higher.

Have tried both but found it not that simple! With the first tool, how come there is no place to click on homepage for choosing languages... and with google translation, could you please explain in details how to edit since the google auto translation definitely needs an accurate retranslation... would you advise using WP or Elementor,thank you.

Thanks for this but it would have been nice to see how the 1st method presents the 2nd language option to users. Here in Quebec, Canada, French is predominant (there's actually a law which obliges the businesses to make it so) but there's also a portion of the population (about 30%) that dislikes the oppression created by the French language laws. I'm not sure either of these methods will make both segments of the Quebec population happy. I'm going to have to continue with two seperate websites.

In this video, they show you how to insert a "language selector" button into your header menu. Adsense doesn't just use the language of the page, it identifies the language preference of the visitor's browser and then makes use of the visitor's browser history when serving ads. So I would say, no, nothing should change with Adsense!

A quick question- If your website is in say English (first language ) Does having multiple language fixtures affect the chances of your website popping in the search results of those languages or does Google automatically translate your English website to produce a result for the user without plugins. Hi, great video, I wonder if you can help me to clarify the following doubt related to "hreflang": I have two separate domains, with completely different names that I will use to build two brand new websites. The domain for Spanish speakers all over the world is "ahorratiempo.org" and the domain for English speakers all over the world is "savestime.org" , each website will be installed in their own separate hosting account -- The content will be translated manually by me (1 to 1 translation, same structure, same content ) from spanish to english. I will Not use any multilingual plugin because each website will have only one language. Now my question: In this specific case, do I need to implement "hreflang" to avoid "Duplicate content" issues and this in turn damages my SEO, or is it Not necessary since each website will be totally separated in separate installations and with its different domain name ? ?
