JOE Z The dimensions should fit to KZbin's suggested requirements. Try to download it again and upload it. Not sure how to fix the problem you're having... Sorry!

Got one big question for ya.. I have and use my iPad4 for everything online. How the heck can I put art on my own channel like before KZbin merged with Google+?? I just want to upload some art I have one my photos but noooo it won't let me. Also I had a very awesome old KZbin account before the dreaded merge with Google plus. It was Jenna queen of the damned. I had wicked art on there and my own colors to different sections.(sorry not tech savvy) lol. I had over 7k subscribers... I still cannot get to it. And I've googled how to do that but maybe my iPad is stopping me. Any help and tips would be very much appreciated!!! Danka!! ^_^

Jenna Jenkins Sorry I'm not sure. You're probably not able to use an iPad to upload the cover art. You'll most likely have to use a computer to do that.

ReedTheFox It should work on a Mac. That's what I use. Try using Chrome or Firefox instead of Safari.
