@PrimalVideo greetings to you. I don't know how much you acknowledge the people who comments in your video but if you do read this, then could please help me to find this issue's solution? I don't know if you have ever heard or seen issue like this, but when & if someone upload a long hours video on their YT platform, let's suppose a 6 hours vid, & if that vid get a music copyrights claim on a mere 2 minutes part in the whole vid, then if we try to edit that claim by using YT studio, YT studio disable replace, mute & trim options by showing a notification below that " editing is disabled because video is too long" So I would like to know that if you know or have any idea about how to edit & solve music copyright claim issue on too long videos on KZbin? If you do then please help me. Thanks.

You can make Shorts using your usual video editing software on your PC. You just need to change the orientation in the settings and make sure you export vertically. I'm sure you can find plenty of How Tos here.

I got about halfway through before I realized there was to be nothing about creating from desktop or creating from other content. So maybe not quite a "complete" guide.
