It's such a versatile sauce. Try it with fish, meat or vegetarian dishes. Alter the chilli content so it's as hot or as mild as you like.

Super tasty. You can make it as hot or as mild as you like. With four chillies including the seeds this one is moderately spicy. If you prefer a more mild flavour you can remove the chilli seeds.

No I never do, personally I don’t think they are necessary. Why not make one with and one without and see which you prefer? Enjoy
