In this part we're talking about the toroid core inductors and the characteristic of ferrite and Iron powder cores and when we must use Ferrite core and when we must use Iron powder core. After that we're going to measuring the diameters of toroid cores and become ready to designing the toroid core inductor.

I have a ferrite core (CS400125) permeability 125. 168nH.... Dimensions 4cm outside diameter. 24mm inner diameter. 14mm thick. how many mm of copper wire do you need? how many turns to get 2.5 mH for high FREQUENCY inverter filter output sir...?

Can you tell how to calculate current saturation i have to make 6.4 uH inductor with 30A current saturation. Do i have just to use big enough diameter wire ? Or there is something else to consider?

something about switching frequency? if it's a dc inductor - yes, u can use any awg of wire, but else u must remember about skin-effect

Hi bro I love your passion for making KZbin videos. I also noticed that your not fluent in English( I'm not making fun of you) I suggest that you can write down your matter , check it for grammar mistakes on the internet and check the notes while your making a video. @@practicalbong1497 ok forget writing notes , at least he could look up the pronounciation of some words which he finds difficult. Scripting is one part , the viewers should also understand what he says!

It is non sense at all: What means high frequency? May you give a range? Please? And i'll ask you a question : what about a power square signal? Let's say 200 khz. According to the fact that each transition is theorically an infinite frequency? What should we use for PWM amplifiers or PWM BUCK cores for example? In practice square signal is slow by many factors : - The rise time of the components - Il may be slow down on gate of theses componants by some circuitry.
